Last night, the West Salem LITTLES Football team braved the elements and a vengeance-hungry South Salem team to win the semi-finals. In a downpour the likes of which we haven't seen since April, the coaches and young men of the Cardinals put the hurt on South Salem with a 22-0 victory. Soaked fans, hard-working cheerleaders, and West Salem's own Cardinal Pep Band were on hand to cheer the team to victory.
